SCANTLINGS
AMS performs accurate analyses on hulls, bulkheads, and structures of vessels of all classes, using both analytical methods and proprietary software. The goal is to design structures that comply with class regulations while optimizing weight and costs according to the technologies chosen by the client. To support the certification process, we provide a detailed report documenting all verifications.
MECHANISM AND KINEMATIC DESIGN
With our expertise in 3D modeling, we design complex parts and assemblies, performing kinematic simulations to ensure the correct operation of systems. By integrating FEA analysis, we optimize components based on the project constraints provided by the client, such as weight and performance. Starting from a preliminary study, we develop 2D drawings and 3D models ready for production on CNC machines.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES

FEA is particularly useful for verifying scantlings.
