The carbon fibre structure is developed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimise structural strength while minimising weight. Combined with compact and robust fender elements, the system effectively absorbs impacts and protects the yacht’s surfaces during manoeuvring and while alongside the quay.
Each fender is custom-designed and manufactured to follow the profile of the yacht’s stern or hull. A dedicated adjustment system allows the positioning and configuration to be adapted as required, enhancing versatility and ensuring optimal integration under different operating conditions.
The number, dimensions and configuration of the fenders are defined according to the yacht’s characteristics and specific protection requirements, resulting in a fully customised solution that combines technical performance, ease of use and seamless aesthetic integration.
