The support poles are manufactured from pre-impregnated carbon fibre with an epoxy resin matrix and engineered to provide high stiffness and strength while minimising weight, facilitating installation, removal and storage by the crew.
Each system is custom-designed according to the size of the area to be shaded, its onboard location and specific operating conditions. The poles can be manufactured in straight, inclined or curved configurations, allowing the system to adapt to the yacht’s geometry and the project’s aesthetic requirements.
A dedicated quick-release fastening system simplifies installation and removal, while tensioning mechanisms can be integrated within the poles to maintain a clean and minimal appearance. LED lighting can also be incorporated directly into the structure upon request.
